I think one of the most overlooked parts of Tribal Leadership is how important it is to get grounded at Stage 2. This is one of the reasons why Landmark Graudates are always the last people to really get the power of this work (usually it occurs as a set of tools or techniques).
They’re so fucking good at creating possibilities for everything and deal with it as the most senior conversation for the planet — they tend to look at Stage 2 and 4 as a “way of being” or something to create a possibility to get to. This of course is the ultimate Stage 3, and super nasty because it shows up using very sincere and genuine (authentic as they’d say) Stage 4/5 language.
